Why yes! That is a hot dog taped to his face. This was taken fifty years ago, but if he were around today, I bet we could convince him to tape some kind of food to his face.
We miss Papa.

Ah, remember the good old days when people regularly taped food to their faces. In some ways it was better than the time we’re living in now. Particularly when it came to taping food to faces.
Um….I can see where the….um….sense of ‘adventure’ and fun comes from.
He was a nice guy and I used to sometimes play his piano — both in Downey and Newport Beach.
